By prior agreement, we can make changes to the project and adapt it to your wishes. We can also develop a completely new individual project. However, it should be noted that this will be a completely different product, the development and production costs of which will differ from the prices of the currently offered product.

When choosing a fully equipped house, will we be able to make changes to finishing materials and interior choices?

It is possible to customize the interior of the house to your wishes from our range. Before concluding the contract, we will coordinate with you the design elements and materials of the exterior facade and interior. You will be able to choose from our range of products such as the design and tone of wall decoration materials, flooring, electrical equipment, and bathroom equipment.

What is the payment procedure?

The payment procedure for modular homes is as follows:15% of the contract amount – on the day of signing the contract;35% of the contract amount – within ten calendar days after signing the Contract, before the start of modular house production work;35% of the contract amount – within thirty calendar days after signing the Contract, before the start of interior finishing works;15% of the contract amount – on the day of signing the acceptance/transfer act.

The installation of the house is carried out by our employees. They are experienced and trained specialists. The houses are delivered with detailed project documentation. Quality control work is carried out constantly at every step: purchasing raw materials, manufacturing the order, assembling all elements, installation.

What is included in the home package?
